Most BIV products are hand-made to order and require special technique, ritual, diligence and intensive hand/eye crafting in order to deliver you the Wuuuest experience.

Unless otherwise stated, please allow up to 7 business days for production PLUS shipping time.

Jewelry + Sunglasses

♥ All jewelry and Sunglasses come with bespoke packaging and complimentary gift wrapping.

  • Colors and styles will vary and multiple items will be combined unless separate boxes are requested.
  • If you're purchasing a gift that's being shipped directly to the recipient, you can add a note in your cart before check out and we'll include your personal message on a lovely card.

Due to the nature of real gemstones and the handmade aspect of our products, no two pieces are exactly alike.

  • Expect variances in gemstone colors and shapes, and wire wrapping details and positioning.
  • Real gemstones have natural inclusions. We do not see these organic differences as flaws, but instead as beauty marks and uniquely defining characteristics from Mother Nature.

FREE standard shipping for U.S. orders over $100

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched and on its way.

Orders that contain a mix of BIV, G, and (in-stock) ROY products will ship together in one package within 7 business days. (ROY items that are custom made to order will ship separately.)

We ship via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Delivery is 3-8 business days, but expect possible delays due to continued COVID-19 and during the holidays.

For orders less than $100

  • $4.95 flat-rate shipping fee for addresses within the continental US
  • $9.95 flat-rate shipping fee for Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico

BIV Returns/Exchanges

We hope you are thrilled with your purchase, but if you're unhappy for any reason we'll gladly accept an exchange or store credit. Please email us at hi@infiniteli.shop within 2 days of receiving the goods for exchange options and the return address. You must ship your return within five 5 days of receipt, no exceptions.

  • Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received (new, unworn, and with all the original packaging).
  • Items returned with signs of wear will be returned to the purchaser and no refund will be given.

Return shipping charges are non-refundable and are full responsibility of the customer. We suggest you use an insured tracking service - infiniteLi is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.

Rings, custom, sale or personalized items are all final sale. Earrings and face masks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. All of these are final sale.
