G products are a collaborative effort between infiniteLi and third party makers. Final curation and details are finished in-house and shipped from our Los Angeles studio to ensure a Wuuer experience than ROY products.
♥ Complimentary gift wrapping is included on all G products except for the Limitless Light - Convertible Beach Towel Bag. Color and style of packaging varies and multiple items may be combined unless separate boxes are requested.
G Shipping
FREE standard shipping for all U.S. orders over $50
For orders less than $50, shipping is a flat fee of $5.95.
G products are shipped out from our design studio in Los Angeles, CA within 3 business days of purchase via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Standard delivery is normally 3-8 business days (but expect longer shipping times for COVID-19 and during the holidays).
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched and on its way.
G Returns/Exchanges
All G products are final sale
We cannot accommodate returns on Replenishing crystal water bottles or Raw carved stone rings. We take great effort to carefully pack these items to ensure nothing gets damaged during transit. Due to the fragile consideration of shipping them, these items are final sale.
If there was a mistake made on our end or if an item is damaged during shipping, please reach out to us at hi@infiniteli.shop within 5 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the damaged/mislabeled item. We’ll send you a new one or issue a refund!
